Affordable and delicious food! Thanks for a wonderful experience visiting this place.
Best for South Indian. I have ordered Idlis multiple times and so far best one I tried in Frankfurt. Service is a bit slow but I guess wait is worth while.? Also it is best for those who love spicy ?
Super tasty and authentic. Inexpensive and friendly. What more do you want? Always good.
Keeping distance is not possible. You literally sit right next to strangers. No card payment.
Unhygienic place, no tissues and hand wash in toilet. Poor service, unfriendly staff.
Very Good Idlis.
Good for Masala Sin
For me this is a place for South Indian food :D , I go here atleast once a week if not more. I really enjoy the dosa and idli. It is well priced compared to the other options available for the same dish. Friendly staff but slow service compared to the other indian places in the region.
Nice food Low price
Amazing authentic South-Indian food & value for money.
Food good and relatively cheap
This place never fails to disappoint me. A bistro with amazing service, smiling staff. There butter masala dosa is the best I have had in Frankfurt or for that matter Germany.
Excellent food. Location is OK because parking is a bit difficult. Prices are very low compared to other restaurants. Service is excellent.
All tym favorite place to go....best south indian food feels like homemade food
Anyone who wants to eat Sri Lanka in Frankfurt is right here.
Delicious food. Friendly staff.
Super delicious Indian food at good prices. Looks a little shabby from the outside but is definitely worth a visit
Delicious food at fair prices
Everything is really great. But even me is mildly too spicy. ?
Look no further for an authentic home made South Indian food!
Good food at a good price
Decoration may not be great, but it tastes endless !!! And it's not expensive and the service is totally friendly!
Food tastes good but the service is very slow. General waiting time is min 20-25 minutes.
Very tasty, authentic Indian food for a small price :)
Best dosa and sambhar! Delicious
Very tasty indian food. The food is prepared hot and fresh when the order is placed. Prices are very reasonable for the taste and quality of food. The crispy dosa and vadas are a must try. They are back to their normal operating hours now. They were offering take away during corona lockdown but now one can dine in as well.
Excellent
Authentic Sri Lankan food, delicious & properly spicy Lamb Kotthu
Food is great and prices are really hard to beat.
Loved the food here. The prices were very reasonable and the menu offered an array of choices. It's close to the haupbahnof so not difficult to get here..People running the business were very welcoming.. would visit again for sure
Delicious!
When i went here they had all you can eat buffet going on. I loved the food it was so yummy with lamb and two types of chicken curries .
Cheap and delicious.
Unapologetically Authentic South Indian food.. Its no fine dining ambience, but clean and to the point.
Simple and great authentical south indian / srilankan food. Pity only biriyani is like curry rice.
Good and low cost Indian food... But takes time to serve...
Good South Indian food. Price is also reasonable.
Good Indian food with good service. Had a good time.
Nice food, friendly staffs. Very affordable price and close to central station. Though the atmosphere is not restaurant worthy, definitely recommended for tasty food! South Indian food lovers must try.
Forget the ambience and the location. The food is really good. Authentic South Indian taste. Very good prices as well.
Food:4+ tasty, Ambience: 3 mediocre but clean, Cost: 4 affordable avg cost meal 10euro Service: 3, slightly slow * Note: all you can eat midday buffet worth a visit
Great place to get some authentic Tamil food
Right place to find original South Indian food.
Idlis are excellent
The best place to have South Indian food at Frankfurt. A heaven for people who are craving to have the taste of Home food! Food is very much affordable for students and very much filling.
The gastronomy of a cosmopolitan city is not recognized by the fact that there are expensive pseudo-exotics on every street corner, but by restaurants such as Ganesha: Here, a Tamil couple who fled Sri Lanka in the 1980s before the civil war had a piece of home for their own community brought. The modest interior has something improvised, provisional, from the last renovation at the beginning of 2018 there are still splashes of color on the window, and in winter the apparently malfunctioning heater is helped with a gas jet. The predominantly South Indian audience that circulates here doesn't mind. At best, it is unpleasant that the ventilation cover was removed during the renovation, which makes some noise - but in Asia people are used to very different noise levels, and as soon as the store is full, lively conversations in Tamil and English bury the hum. At unrivaled prices, you can get mainly South Indian standard dishes such as dosa (filled pancakes) or idli (steamed dumplings made from bean and rice flour) with sambhar (lentil sauce with tamarind) or meat sauce, as well as a few North Indian classics. South and North Indian thali (daily mixed plates) are available vegetarian or with meat. If you are looking for authentic taste in an authentic atmosphere, this is the place for you. Regular guests are received by the boss with great friendliness and appreciation. You can retaliate by throwing small change into a donation box for a Tamil educational institution. In a word: the Ganesha is invaluable.
Serves one of the best masala dosas...
Good south indian
unlimited buffet lunch in 8 Euro is Good.
Super delicious food. The location is very simple and the food comes with a tray like in a cafeteria. But everything is really super tasty and cheap
